H3-rules 2007:
Identification of CDR-H3 structures in antibodies
Input an amino acid sequence of CDR-H3
from conserved Cys(-2) to Trp(n+1),
which is coresponding to the Kabat numbering from 92 to 103,
and the residues at the position of L36, L46 and L49.
Note: it is important for the basic residues to be located at the position of L46 or L49,
and for Tyr at the position of L36.
