NMR法を活用した新しい創薬解析法の開発

新たな感染症や難治性疾患の治療に向け、新薬の開発が期待されますが、現在の創薬プロセスでは、各段階で全く異なる実験環境で行われるため、 有効なリード化合物を効率よく探索することは困難です。NMR法でも、19Fスクリーニング法をはじめ、さまざまな創薬研究法が開発されていますが、 統合的な解析体制が整備されていません。私たちはin cell NMR測定法を応用した細胞内創薬研究法の確立を目指し他機関との共同研究を進めています。

Development of new drug discovery analysis using advanced NMR

The development of drugs is highly anticipated for the treatment of emerging infections and refractory diseases. However, in the current drug discovery process, experiments are conducted in entirely different environments at each stage, making the efficient exploration of effective lead compounds challenging. While various drug discovery techniques, including NMR methods such as 19F screening, have been developed, there is a lack of an integrated analytical framework. We are working on establishing a cellular drug discovery approach using in-cell NMR measurements through collaborative research with other institutions.
