IPRxRIKEN[BDR]Symposium 2023 “Dive into Data of Life”
- Seminars
February 22, 2023: This symposium has concluded. Thank you very much for your participation.
The Institute for Protein Research (IPR) at Osaka University established the “Center for Advanced Data Science in Protein Research” in October 2022, aiming to enhance its research foundation in life sciences through structural information of proteins.
At this center, newly appointed professors and associate professors are pioneering data-driven research using biological data including three-dimensional protein structures. To further promote these pioneering research and educational activities, the center is actively collaborating with other departments within Osaka University as well as with external institutions.
In particular, we aim to establish a comprehensive partnership with the RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research (RIKEN BDR) in areas such as data-driven collaborative research and the development of young researchers.
As part of this comprehensive collaboration with RIKEN BDR, this symposium will be held. We welcome your active participation. (This symposium will be conducted entirely in English.)
