ASPiRE (the Advanced Data Science Center for Protein Research) is a newly established center dedicated to advancing data-driven protein science. Protein molecules form specific three-dimensional structures according to their amino acid sequences and exhibit diverse functions based on these structures. By integrating protein structural data accumulated over many years with cutting-edge computational science, we pioneer unique protein research.
