Sample protein: 2 pmol of Horse Apomyoglobin（Sigma-Aldrich, A8673, protein sequencing standard）

Sample apply: Dot blot on a PVDF membrane (Immobilon PSQ, Millipore).

Instrument: Shimadzu PPSQ-53A Gradient System

Method: Modified method of "PVDF"
